If there was such a thing as time travel you could go back to 1874 and be present at the opening of what was then called the Lord Nelson pub, but now you visit to take in the sensitively modern conversion, the excellent range of keg and cask beers (including the likes of Black Iris and Liquid Light) and a warm welcome from pub dog Ginnie.
Locally roasted '200 Degrees' coffee is served from 10am daily, regular mini beer festivals and beer launches are held, and the Drafthouse always takes part in Nottingham’s Craft Beer Week in June.
