Before Kilder opened in 2018, there was the Original Patty Men restaurant in a railway arch beneath Moor Street station. Then owners Tom Maher and Scott O’Byrne set up a bar in the arch next door, a light and airy space with a Scandi feel to the decor and a momentous list of craft beer including local heroes such as GlassHouse Beer and Burning Soul, alongside succulent grilled cheese sandwiches.

Plenty of tap takeovers have occurred with breweries such as Siren, North, Mikkeller, Amundsen and Lervig as well as food and beer pairing nights which take place regularly - check the site for updated information.
