Silver Bark Brewery is currently a home-based business in Mount Barker, South Australia.
We brew, ferment and package our beers on site. We are solely a family run business by my wife and I (with a little help from our eldest 2 children at times). We have 8 bottled beers in our range and also brew some special brews for our little tasting space and for the various beer festivals we attend each year.
We have a small tasting area in our shed which is licenced for 10 and open by appointment on weekends only. As we are based in a residential area we need to manage guest numbers.

Belgian Ale, 4.5%ABV
An easy drinking Belgian style ale, deep golden in colour with a medium body, moderate bitterness a a pleasant clove phenolic from a cool fermentation.
